Discover our optional chute support for our TD2000 cutting table.

Following feedback from the site manager of Société Méridionale de BTP, we took into account a problem linked to the cutting of large materials. 🛠️

Problem: At the end of the cut, the removed strip (the “fall”) is no longer supported; it hinders the operator by clamping the sawing disc, and can injure him by falling .

💡 The SBC solution: Our design office has created a sliding chute support directly integrated into the cutting table.

✅ The advantages of the new Drop Support :

🔄 Preventing the risk of falling: the sliding support offers an ingenious solution for holding the removed part in place, eliminating any risk of a “torn” end of cut or falling material.

🤖 Uninterrupted operation: the operator can now perform cutting independently and safely, without having to remove a hand from the tool to hold the material.

🛠️ Tested and approved on site: The SMBTP team has put the sliding fall support to the test and is entirely satisfied.
